I'm renting out a spare room in my 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom home as my flatmate is moving out. The house has good transport links to the city center, with a 40-minute walk or easy bus access, and is near Stockbridge for lovely walks. There are also two gyms and Inverleith Park close by for outdoor activities. The rent is £650 per month, with average bills around £77 for gas and electricity. I work from home but frequently spend time at my partner's place from Thursday to Sunday, so the house will often be mostly yours. I'm laidback, enjoy football and spending time with friends, and I appreciate a clean, tidy living environment. I prefer a male flatmate over 21 who works outside the home.
Available from 6th July 2026, with a £500 deposit and no minimum term.
