The flat maintains a peaceful atmosphere. Bills for gas and electricity are around £60, and Wifi is £10. Council tax is not applicable as it is a student flat. The room is suitable for both short-term and long-term stays. We are looking for a friendly, considerate student over 20 years of age who will help maintain the flat.
