The flat has two bedrooms, spacious living room and kitchen, and a shared bathroom with a bath and shower. There is a big private garden and a free parking space for two cars, which requires reversing into the space. The flat is in a terrace in the Flower Colonies in Shandon, next to a park and a five-minute walk to the canal, with grocery stores and cafes nearby. Buses run into town, about 15 minutes to Princes Street. The rent is £225 a week including all bills. The flat is council tax band D. The flatmates are Michaela, a 38-year-old lawyer who works from home, and Ozzy, a friendly collie cross. The house is LGBTQ+ friendly and welcomes people from all backgrounds. The ideal flatmate is considerate, respectful and comfortable with dogs.
