This apartment is fully equipped for a memorable stay, including a fully-equipped kitchen with a kettle, toaster, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, and dishwasher, along with plenty of pots, pans, and utensils. The living room features a plush sofa and a TV with a built-in DVD player. Fresh towels and travel-size toiletries are provided. For your convenience, a washer, iron with ironing board, and hair dryer are also available.
Mid-stay cleans and fresh linen and towels can be booked for an additional fee. A limited amount of consumables, such as toilet roll and travel-size shampoo/conditioner, are provided to start your stay.
The apartment offers a desk and chair in the second bedroom, and Wi-Fi runs throughout the whole property, making it suitable for remote work.
Please note that there are four flights of stairs to climb to reach the apartment, as there is no lift. The fireplace shown in the living room photo is not for use. Guests are reminded that the property is in a LEZ Zone, and cars must be compliant if driving. There is a £100.00 charge for lost or broken keys and key call-outs, and a £30.00 charge for early check-in or late check-out without permission, or for not returning keys to the key safe. Please respect the neighbours and keep noise down, with no noise after 10 p.m. Indoor shoes/slippers are required. Please use table mats and coasters to protect the furniture. Ensure all doors and windows are locked when leaving the property and turn the thermostat down to 10 degrees. Pets are not allowed, and smoking is not allowed. Check-in time is after 4 p.m. and check-out time is before 10 a.m. A Visitor Levy (tourist tax) of 5% of the accommodation cost before VAT will be applied for stays from 24 July 2026 onwards, for the first 5 nights.
The property is professionally maintained and cleaned, with professionally cleaned linens and toiletries provided. 24/7 guest support and local personal service are available before and during your stay.
