This is a room in a 5-bedroom flat share, with 3 bathrooms. The flat is large with a big kitchen and a separate lounge. The rent is £650 per month, including all bills and a weekly cleaner for communal areas. Parking is available with a permit. A minimum stay of 12 months and a deposit of £650 are required. The room is available from 1st October 2026.

We are preferably accepting male applicants between the ages of 28-33. We are a relaxed, active and social flat of 4 (three girls, one guy) all working professionals between 28-33. We are pretty social and enjoy hanging out in the evenings or weekends when we can but we all have our own activities going on as well and are respectful of each other's space. There's usually someone around for a chat in the evening or a few drinks over the weekend, and we have the occasional party - but it's not a party flat! We're from all over the UK, India, Australia and Greece and in all different lines of work. We don't take ourselves too seriously but treat our flat as a home.
