The primary bedroom includes a private en-suite bathroom, and there is a second modern bathroom with a convenient walk-in shower. For guests with mobility considerations, a sofa bed is available upstairs, along with a half bath on the main level.
A travel cot is available to rent for £40, and a high chair can be added for a total of £45 for the duration of your stay. Please note that bedding for the cot is not provided. A £25 linen charge applies if using the sofa bed, which includes four towels.
The apartment includes a washer with a condenser function for drying clothes.
Standard check-in is after 3 pm and check-out is before 11 am. Late check-outs or early check-ins are subject to availability and a fee. A £20 charge per half hour will be applied for unauthorized late check-outs or early check-ins. If keys are not placed in the key safe as instructed upon departure, a £50 fine will be applied. A £50 fee is charged for call-outs if keys are forgotten, and lost keys are charged at £100 for replacement locks. There is no on-site parking available. Smoking is strictly forbidden, and a fine of £200 will be charged if discovered. No extra guests or parties are allowed, and any violation of these rules will incur a £250 fine. Lost property retrieval and shipping will incur a minimum £25 charge per item, plus shipping costs.
A starter welcome pack is provided, including complimentary tea and coffee, travel-sized toiletries, and essential items.
This apartment boasts an exceptional location, just steps from Farringdon Station, providing easy access to the Elizabeth Line for direct travel to Heathrow and excellent city-wide connections. St. Paul's Cathedral is a 10-15 minute walk away. You'll be nestled in the heart of Clerkenwell, known for its charming cobbled streets, leafy squares, and some of London's finest restaurants and cafés. Smithfield Market, the Museum of London, the Barbican Centre, and Exmouth Market are all within easy walking distance.
