You will have your own bathroom. The flat has two bathrooms shared between two people, a study with two desks, and a large living and dining room. A cleaner visits every two weeks. The rent is £2,000 pcm plus approximately £200 per month for bills including internet, cleaner, gas/electricity, and council tax. A deposit of £2,000 is required, with a minimum 12-month stay, available from December 1st, but no later than January 1st. Pimlico is on the Victoria line, three stops from Oxford Circus, and Victoria station is a 15-minute walk away. Battersea Park and the river are also nearby. The current flatmate, Harry (35, professional), works in a creative agency and is often out of the house, leaving you to enjoy the space. He enjoys hosting occasional dinners and playing padel/tennis. This is not a party flat. He is looking for someone to treat the place like home.
