A dedicated antique writing desk with a smoked oak chair provides a stylish remote work set-up. Meals for four can be enjoyed at the dining table. The modern kitchen features a fridge/freezer, oven, induction hobs, microwave, washer & dryer. The bathroom boasts a refreshing walk-in shower with a full-width mirror.
A sofa bed is available for an additional one-off £15 linen fee per sofa bed, per stay. One pet is welcome per booking for a flat fee: £45 per night for 1-7 nights, £360 per stay for 8-29 nights, and £720 per stay for 30+ nights. Early check-in is available for a fee, with options from 1pm (£62.50), 2pm (£37.50), to 3pm (£12.50), subject to availability and the previous guest's checkout.

Quiet hours are observed from 10 PM to 9 AM. Smoking is not allowed, and breaking this rule will incur a £300 charge. Excessive noise is prohibited, and your reservation may be cancelled if a complaint is received from a neighbor. No unauthorized visitors are allowed; only guests included in the booking may enter the property. Breaching this rule will incur a £350 charge. If more guests stay overnight than stated in the booking, there will be a £350 charge. If the property is left in an exceptionally messy state, a charge of £40 will apply for every extra hour of cleaning required. Guests delaying cleaners from starting at the scheduled checkout time will incur a £50 fee for late checkout between 11 AM–1 PM, and after 1 PM, a full extra night will be charged unless pre-approved. Lost keys will incur a £150 replacement fee. Guests are responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses occurring on the premises. Guests accept that occasional disruptions to the internet service may occur, which are outside of our control.
The location is unbeatable, just minutes' walk to Marylebone High Street and conveniently situated between Baker Street and Bond Street stations, offering excellent connectivity to explore the rest of London.
