Secure private parking is available and guests can access a shared garden with patio seating, greenery, and a tranquil atmosphere.

The apartment includes built-in shelving displaying books and decor, and a mounted TV, which can be utilized for a home office set-up.

No parties or events are allowed. No smoking is permitted, and quiet hours are observed from 10 pm to 8 am. Lead guest must be 28+. Registered guests only. Photo ID is required via an online check-in form before arrival. Check-in is between 3–8pm, and check-out is at 11am. Late arrivals may incur a fee. This property is suitable for children and infants as it is compliant with Safe Kids Worldwide requirements.
The property is currently for sale, which means occasional viewings may take place during your stay. We will always provide advance notice, and a member of our cleaning team will carry out a light tidy on the morning of any scheduled viewing. Viewings typically last no more than 10 minutes.
