There is a wonderful private square for residents only with mature trees, flower beds and a grass lawn which is really well maintained. This is a lovely peaceful place to relax in. All bills are included - heating, electricity, water, council tax and broadband internet. There is a lovely Brazilian lady called Marina who comes to clean. The contract is very flexible with only one month's notice if you need to leave. There is no notice at all needed if you want to swap to one of my other flats or houses. The flat is rented directly by me, the landlord, so there are no nightmares with useless agencies or extra fees. Upon payment, your deposit is immediately protected by the Government Scheme, MyDeposits. You will be issued with a signed certificate which will give you peace of mind. I always return deposits quickly and efficiently in full as soon as the keys are returned. All you need to do is give me one month’s notice and clean your room on departure.
