Shared kitchen facilities include a gas cooker, microwave, utensils, pots and pans, cutlery, plates, glasses, and cups. A security officer is on-site and patrols the private road. Kitchen and common areas are cleaned weekly. This is a house share, with 8 current housemates aged 24 to 40, all non-smokers with no pets. The household consists of 4 females and 4 males. New housemates should be non-smokers, with no pets, and couples are not permitted. References are required. The minimum term is 3 months. A deposit of £300.00 is required, and bills are included.
