The home is not a party house but a place to chill. You will have a huge room, which includes an en-suite bathroom, a walk-in closet, a sofa, and two large windows. We share an immense kitchen and living area with a big table. The apartment has recently been repainted and features new carpeting throughout. A cleaning service visits every two weeks. The property is located just a 1-2 minute walk from Pimlico station, with easy access to supermarkets, markets, and Battersea Park. Couples are not permitted. Bills are approximately £100 per month depending on the season.
