You'll be sharing with just me, Katie, 26, a professional working in finance. I work from the office Monday to Friday, so I'm out during the day on weekdays. I'm sociable and love having a glass of wine, cooking and occasionally sharing dinner together in the evenings or at weekends. Equally, I really value having my own space and a calm home, so I'm looking for someone who feels the same. Ideally, you'll be clean, considerate, respectful and easy-going, and someone who would enjoy a friendly, relaxed flatshare where we can be sociable when we feel like it, but also completely comfortable doing our own thing. The flat is fully equipped with: Washing machine/dryer, Dishwasher, Fridge, Kettle & toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, Pots, pans & crockery. The bedroom is exceptionally spacious, beautifully furnished and has a particularly private, self-contained feel. Having your own hallway and private bathroom makes the room feel much more like your own little space, while the generous shared areas make the flat lovely for relaxing, cooking or enjoying a glass of wine. The location is fantastic if you want central London on your doorstep without living in the middle of the hustle and bustle. Pimlico Underground — 4-minute walk (Victoria Line), Victoria & Vauxhall — around 10-minute walk, Battersea Park & Battersea Power Station — short walk, Cafés, hairdressers, beauty salons and shops — around 1 minute away, Tesco Express — practically on the doorstep, Little Waitrose & large Sainsbury’s — 5–10 minute walk, Belgravia — around 15-minute walk, Sloane Square — around 15-minute walk, King’s Road — around 20-minute walk. One of my favourite things about Pimlico is that it has a lovely quiet, residential feel, while still being incredibly close to Victoria, Westminster and the West End. Street parking is available directly outside the flat. You would need to apply for a Westminster Council parking permit, which is roughly £130 per year, depending on your car size and emissions.
