I'm Nik, a real estate investor who recently finished renovating a house in Queen's Park/Westbourne Park. I work from home occasionally in the loft office, so the house is calm and quiet during the week. I'm into fitness: I go to the gym regularly, have completed a Hyrox, and hope to run a marathon one day. I love cooking and skiing, enjoy all kinds of music and films, and like a drink now and then while generally keeping healthy. The house is clean and tidy, designed for everyday living with dimmable lighting, plenty of plug sockets and quality furniture throughout. I'm easygoing and respectful of people's space, and I'm looking for a considerate professional who appreciates a well-kept home. Availability: 1 November 2026, minimum term none, maximum term none.
