The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you’d need. The flat is around a 7-minute walk from Queen’s Park Station (Bakerloo Line & Overground) and approximately 12 minutes from Westbourne Park Station (Circle and Hammersmith & City lines). There are also excellent bus links into central London, with a bus stop directly opposite the property and journeys to Oxford Street taking roughly 20–25 minutes. The area is residential, safe and very convenient, with plenty of cafés, restaurants and shops nearby. Bills are not included and usually come to approximately £150 per month. To secure the room and have the advert taken down, a one-week holding deposit is required. The overall tenancy deposit is equivalent to 5 weeks’ rent. The tenancy is managed through Savills, so standard referencing will apply.
