Parties are prohibited, and signs of a party may result in a £500 charge. Guests may be asked to vacate the property immediately if there are complaints of unauthorized parties or misuse of the property, with all eviction expenses charged to the guest's account. Using the address for personal correspondence and deliveries is prohibited, and guests may be asked to vacate immediately if this rule is breached. No noise, including loud music, is permitted after 9 pm.
