Room to rent Clearwell Drive, City of Westminster

Description

Spacious double room available in a friendly, creative flat share from 11 December through January, six minutes' walk from Warwick Avenue station (Bakerloo line). It suits a short stay over the holidays and the new year. The room has a double bed, a desk and plenty of natural light, ideal for working or studying. The household is a relaxed, tidy, creative group of girlfriends, all Spanish-speaking, though Spanish and English are both welcome. In December there will only be two flatmates, so it will be calm and quiet; the rest return in January. The flat has two toilets, one shower, a large shared kitchen and a washing machine, with no separate living room. Price is £250 per week, bills included. Dates run from 11 December to the end of January, and shorter stays within that period are possible on request. Looking for a tidy, respectful and friendly flatmate who is happy to share the kitchen, toilets and shower. Students, creatives and professionals are welcome; Spanish speakers are a plus but not required. Message with your name, a little about yourself, why you are coming to London and your exact dates.
