Description
A furnished double room is available to let in a lovely house in Tonypandy. The house features a shared lounge, kitchen, and bathroom on the first floor, with an additional toilet downstairs. There is a utility room with a washing machine for use. On-street parking is available, and there is a south-facing enclosed patio overlooking the garden.
Included bills are Broadband, Council Tax, Water, and Sewage rates. Gas and electricity bills are not included and will be calculated monthly and paid on top of the rent.
The house has a total of 3 bedrooms, and you will be sharing with the current resident, Dina (F), who is a friendly, relaxed, and tidy person working long hours. This is a smoke-free household. The preference is for a female housemate, but any respectful person is welcome as long as they clean up after themselves and commit to a cleaning rota. The current resident appreciates a relaxed home environment and is sociable but also enjoys quiet time at home.
Viewings can be arranged in-person or via video call.
