Description
This gorgeous room is offered for your regular but intermittent use, ideal for those working away from home. The room is furnished with a 4ft double bed, a cosy chair, TV, storage space, and a small desk. You can leave your possessions here when you are not using the room. You will have use of the kitchen, family room, snug, and garden. The house is occupied by the owner and one other Monday to Friday lodger. You will share a family bathroom with one other person. Bedding, towels, laundry, shampoo, and shower gel are provided free of charge. A tea and coffee tray can be placed in your room. There is a beautiful garden with shrubs, flowers, outdoor tables, and seating. Lovely walks are available nearby, including the Thames Path. Plenty of parking is available in the driveway and adjacent. The property is a short walk from Cookham railway station, a short drive from Maidenhead Station, and close to the M4 and M40 motorways. It is also approximately 15 minutes by car from the Elizabeth Line at Maidenhead or Taplow, and about 30 minutes from Heathrow airport.
