A rear courtyard also offers outdoor dining space. Inside, the modernized kitchen is equipped with a kettle, toaster, electric oven, gas hob, microwave, dishwasher, and fridge freezer, alongside all necessary cooking utensils and crockery. The cozy living room boasts paneled walls, a stone fireplace with a gas fire, two comfortable sofas, a Smart TV, and a DVD player. Upstairs, the master bedroom features a Superking bed (convertible to two singles upon request) and a fitted wardrobe, while the second bedroom offers a king-size bed, chest of drawers, and a fitted wardrobe. The bathroom includes a luxurious roll-top bath and a separate large shower.

Private off-road parking is available for 2 cars. The charcoal BBQ is available for use from April to September.

A desk is provided on the landing for those who may need a space to work.

Please be aware that this is a traditional Cotswold cottage with some low beams and steep stairs, so caution is advised. Check-in time is from 3 pm and check-out is by 10 am. Pets are strictly not allowed, and smoking or vaping is prohibited throughout the property. There is currently no Electric Vehicle Charging point, and the use of 13amp sockets within the property for this purpose is strictly prohibited. No parties or loud music/noise are permitted. Bookings are subject to a verification process.

IMPORTANT: Our partner requires guest verification facilitated by Truvi (previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process. The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee, currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay. Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
