The dining area boasts a large oak table for up to ten guests, and the spacious living area includes comfy seating, a large Smart TV with sound bar, and a modern wood burner. The decking area offers a private hot tub and gas BBQ. The master bedroom includes a superking-size bed, air-conditioning, Smart TV, and an en-suite bathroom with a balcony. Two king-size bedrooms are also available, one with an en-suite. The top floor features a large bedroom with four single beds, a Smart TV, and a family shower-room, as well as a games room with a pool table, games console, mini bar, Sonos speaker, and large Smart TV. All bedrooms have built-in wardrobes, and beds are made with hotel-quality sheets and fluffy towels. A separate utility room on the ground floor contains a washing machine, tumble dryer, and an additional fridge.
Enjoy free access to the Lower Mill Estate pool and other facilities, though booking may be required for the pool at certain times of the year. Parking is available for two cars, with additional overflow parking on the Estate. Two well-behaved dogs are allowed on request for an additional fee of £30.
The lodge offers high-speed fibre Wi-Fi throughout the house. The games room on the top floor includes a games console and a large Smart TV, providing a potential work or entertainment space.
Check-in time is from 3pm and check-out is at 10am. Smoking or vaping is not permitted throughout the property, and hen or stag parties are prohibited. Guests are asked to abide by the Lower Mill Estate rules and regulations. The property has underfloor heating throughout. A high chair and travel cot are available, but guests are requested to bring their own bedding.
