Description
A room is available in a clean, green, quiet working house. The house has Virgin broadband and television, a pleasant sitting room with table and television, and a kitchen with full amenities including crockery, cutlery, pots, and pans. There is an established garden with a chair and table, and a spacious bathroom with a blow heater and good shower. Guidelines are in place to maintain the house's atmosphere, including no loud activity in communal areas after 10 pm, asking other tenants before inviting guests, timed heating, recycling, and cleaning up after oneself. The other tenant is a university professor who is present a couple of days a week for 6 months of the year. Historically, a short-term tenant occupies the room over the summer. The owner stays at either side of these times to clean the room and visit friends locally. The owner requires someone responsible and mature to take care of the house, with an email reference from their employer. Viewings can be arranged from 6 pm Mondays to Wednesdays to meet the current housemate.
