Quiet hours are observed from 10 PM to 8 AM. Smoking is not allowed indoors, and a £1000 charge will be applied for any detected smoking to cover deep cleaning and damage. For stays over 10 nights, additional housekeeping is required for an extra fee; if unpaid, the booking will be reduced to a maximum of 10 nights.
