There are two bathrooms: one with a toilet, sink, and bath with an overhead shower, and another with a shower cubicle, sink, and toilet.
Free Wi-Fi and free on-street parking are available outside the house and on all surrounding roads. Weekly cleans are available for an additional fee. For stays over 10 nights, additional housekeeping is required for an extra fee.

Quiet hours are observed from 10 PM to 8 AM. Smoking is not allowed indoors, and a £1000 fine will be applied for any detected smoking to cover deep cleaning and damage. Loud music, smoking indoors, or any sign of parties will trigger monitoring systems and lead to instant removal without refund. Early check-in is available for £20 per hour before the stated time (if not pre-approved), and late check-out (after 10 AM) is £20 per hour. Online check-in is required to confirm your booking, where the lead guest must complete a secure check-in form, agree to T&Cs, and provide a valid UK photo ID or passport.
