This home offers a clean workspace and free Wi-Fi, making it ideal for contractors and business travelers.
Quiet hours are observed from 10 PM to 8 AM. There is a £1000 fine for smoking indoors. Any breach of the no parties or events policy will result in immediate removal by security with no refund. Noise and air monitoring systems are in place. Stays over 10 nights require additional housekeeping for an extra fee; if unpaid, the booking will be reduced to a maximum of 10 nights. Online check-in is required. Early check-in is £20/hour before the stated time (if not pre-approved), and late check-out (after 10 AM) is £20/hour. A refundable security deposit of £250–£500 or a non-refundable damage waiver of £50–£150 is required.
Crewe is ideally placed for city workers, located just 35 miles south of Manchester and less than 50 miles from Liverpool. It is close to the rural gems of the Peak District and North Wales.
