Guests are welcome to bring their own travel cot. Well-behaved, house-trained dogs are welcome at the property, with a maximum of two allowed.
The property is set-up to offer remote access with easy self check-in, and no direct contact with anyone is required. A high chair is available at the property for guests to use.
This property is for family stays and respectful guests only – no parties, events or loud noise permitted. Parties are strictly prohibited, as is smoking, extra guests, candles, and wearing shoes inside. Please respect the lovely neighbours and keep the noise down. Please do not leave any appliances running when you are not in the house and be mindful of energy usage during your stay. Please switch off lights and turn down the heating when leaving the property. Check-in time is after 4pm, and check-out time is before 10am. A £30 charge will be requested if guests check themselves in early without permission or if guests do not check out on time. Garden and waste management is professionally maintained on a regular schedule, and access to the grounds and rubbish area may be required during your stay. Mid-stay cleaning and linen changes are provided complimentary for stays longer than 16 nights. Refillable bathroom toiletries are provided and should be left for other guests. A washing-up pack, toilet roll and kitchen roll are also provided.
