Feel at home in Ty’r Delyn, a traditional Welsh terraced cottage nestled in the rural village of Dolwyddelan. Located in the heart of the Snowdonia National Park, this cosy and characterful base offers stunning views of Snowdon and Moel Siabod from the front door and rear garden, providing an idyllic and tranquil setting.
This cottage comfortably sleeps five people across two upstairs bedrooms, which neighbour a stylish bathroom with a walk-in shower. The master bedroom features a king-size double bed and a single bed, while the second bedroom has a double bed. The recently renovated ground-floor kitchen is fully equipped, including a slimline dishwasher. The living area boasts a wide-screen TV, board games, books, and the warmth of a log burner, with friendly sheep visible from the windows. The dining area comfortably seats 6 people.
Free parking is available up the lane with space for two cars and a luxury hot tub is available under a wooden gazebo in the sizeable garden.
The living area provides a perfect area to relax with friends and family whilst feeling the warmth from the log burner.
There is a 9 pm curfew on the use of the hot tub and playing loud music is not permitted. We recommend that guests bring additional beach towels and perhaps robes (especially in cooler months) for use around the hot tub. A starter pack of logs and kindling is provided for the log burner.
Situated in the rural village of Dolwyddelan, Ty’r Delyn is positioned in the heart of the Snowdonia National Park, offering an ideal location for outdoor enthusiasts to explore the local beauty. The lane to the front of the cottage is a quiet cul-de-sac with little passing traffic. Whether it's walking, cycling, rafting, surfing, zip-lining, golfing, or visiting historic sights, this location provides an exquisite space for everyone.
