Description
This is a short-term Winter let, available from October, in a rural village near Orford and a 20 minute drive north of Woodbridge. The maximum rental length would be six months - but shorter lets welcome.
This is our late mother's home and retains her furnishings. ALL BILLS ARE INCLUDED IN THE RENT. The central heating is very efficient but there is a woodburner and a supply of logs. Fast Wifi and landline telephone is included.
The house will not suit everyone as furnishings are traditional as opposed to modern. There are two bathrooms with baths with overhead showers. Kitchen equipment includes dishwasher, microwave, air fryer, cooker with ceramic hob and Tassimo coffee machine. Two of the bedrooms have either Kingsize or Super Kingsize beds and the third bedroom has a Single bed. Two have washhand basins and the two big ones have TVs. There are three WCs in the property. The secure garden is large and pets are welcome. A £1200 deposit would be required (to be paid into a deposit protection scheme).
Please note: THIS LETTING IS FOR MAX OF SIX MONTHS ONLY AND IN FIRST INSTANCE ANYONE INTERESTED SHOULD SEND MESSAGE SETTING OUT THEIR POSITION. In past it has suited someone between their own home ownership.
