The kitchen is equipped with an electric hob, oven, fridge freezer, microwave, and washing machine/dryer. There are two bathrooms: one with a toilet, sink, and bath with an overhead shower, and another with a shower cubicle, sink, and toilet.

Free Wi-Fi and free off-road parking for two cars in the driveway are available. Weekly cleans are also available.

The cottage offers a clean workspace and free Wi-Fi for your entire stay, making it ideal for key workers, contractors, or business travelers.

Quiet hours are observed from 10 PM to 8 AM. There is a strict no-smoking policy inside the property, with a £1000 fine for violations. Loud music, smoking indoors, or any sign of parties will trigger monitoring systems and lead to instant removal without refund. Stays over 10 nights require additional housekeeping for an extra fee; if unpaid, the booking will be reduced to a maximum of 10 nights. Online check-in is required, where the lead guest must complete a secure check-in form, agree to T&Cs, and provide a valid UK photo ID or passport. Early check-in is available for £20/hour before the stated time (if not pre-approved), and late check-out (after 10 AM) is £20/hour. The property is strictly not suitable for parties or events; any breach will result in immediate removal by security with no refund.
