Parties or events are not allowed, and any breach will result in immediate removal by security with no refund. Noise and air monitoring systems are in place. Stays over 10 nights require additional housekeeping for an extra fee. To confirm your booking, the lead guest must complete a secure check-in form, agree to the terms and conditions, and provide a valid UK photo ID or passport. Early check-in is available for £20 per hour before the stated time (if not pre-approved), and late check-out (after 10 AM) is available for £20 per hour.
