The Large Double Room (£950 pcm) has a double bed, storage, and a mini fridge, available from 31 October. The Single Room (£800 pcm) includes a bed, desk, storage, and space for a small double bed, available now. All bills, including council tax, gas, electricity, water, and WiFi, are included. The house features a modern kitchen with Samsung appliances, washer dryer, and air fryer. Lodgers primarily use the guest toilet and upstairs shower for privacy. Occasional professional cleaning of communal areas is included. The property is located in a green area of Chigwell with nearby fields, forests, and parks. A bus stop is located directly outside, providing an 8-minute journey to Hainault Station (Central Line). Grange Hill Station is a 12-minute walk away. Pets may be considered, but cats are not a good fit. Rooms are for single occupancy only. We seek mature, considerate lodgers who appreciate a clean, quiet environment within a family home.
