The main bathroom features underfloor heating, an overhead power shower, toilet, basin, mirror, and heated towel rail.
Free onsite parking is available for 2 cars and a dog is welcome for an additional fee. The property is a 5-minute taxi from Exeter St Davids Station.
The home office setup includes a clothes drying rack and shelves in the single bedroom.
Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Smoking and events are not allowed. Guests are asked to be courteous regarding noise and potential disturbances, especially when entering or leaving the property. Check-in is via a lockbox, with the code supplied the evening before arrival along with full check-in details.
Nestled in a prime location, Quay Escape is just a stone's throw from the charming and historic Exeter Quay, offering a range of contemporary cafes, bars, restaurants, pizzerias, and local shops. Exeter City Centre, with its shopping centres, bars, and restaurants, is a 5-minute taxi ride away, as are the Royal Albert Memorial Museum and Exeter Cathedral Green. For outdoor activities, Exeter Golf & Country Club is a 10-minute drive, and Exeter Airport is a 15-minute drive. Taxis and buses run all night.
