Nestled in the pretty village of Penpol, the bungalow is located just a short distance from the picturesque village of Feock and a few miles from Truro in one direction and Falmouth in the other. A short drive through the neighboring village of Feock will bring you to Loe Beach, where you can swim, fish, and enjoy various water sports. The village lazily watches over the extensive Fal estuary with creeks and open sea beyond. Walkers, cyclists, and dog lovers will enjoy the picturesque ancient ‘tramway’ route along the Creek to The Old Quay Inn at Devoran, which offers great food and a friendly reception for dogs. The Bissoe Trail and Bike Hire are also nearby. Local shops can be found two miles away at Playing Place and Carnon Downs. The beautiful National Trust gardens of Trelissick are also two miles away. Just off the road to the King Harry Ferry will carry you quickly across to the tranquil Roseland Peninsula, where you can enjoy the sandy beach and the beautiful views and attractions of St Mawes.
