The stylish kitchen on the ground floor features a large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, and microwave, along with a breakfast bar and children's dinnerware. A sunny courtyard with a sofa and lighting is accessible from the kitchen. The separate dining room seats 8 and is equipped with ample crockery and glassware. Upstairs, you'll find a spacious king en-suite bedroom with views over Catherine Hill, a further king bedroom, and a double bedroom. All bedrooms are furnished with comfortable Nature Mat mattresses and hotel-quality linens and bath sheets. A family bathroom with a bath/shower is also available, complete with Faith in Nature toiletries. The lounge, located on the first floor, offers double-aspect windows, ample seating, and a huge TV with Netflix and On Demand channels. The sofa in the lounge is a sofa bed, and extra bedding can be provided for a small fee.
While there is no on-site parking, nearby streets and car parks offer convenient spaces, with details provided upon booking.
Please note that the toilet/bathroom at the property is situated on the first floor, so this property may not be suitable for those with mobility issues. Pets are not allowed, and smoking is not permitted. Events are also not allowed.
