You’ll have full use of the large, fully equipped kitchen and dining area, with all crockery, cutlery, cookware and appliances provided, as well as the main living room. Outside is a landscaped furnished garden with hot tub and BBQ, which you’re very welcome to use. Free parking is available directly outside the house, with an additional off-street parking option at the rear. The house is professionally cleaned, with shared areas cleaned fortnightly and your private bedroom and en-suite cleaned monthly. All bills, Wi-Fi and housekeeping are included, so there are no additional household costs to organise. Bed linen & towels are available if required. The location is a real advantage. Netherlee is a highly desirable, leafy residential area on Glasgow’s Southside, with attractive homes, tree-lined streets and a quiet, well-kept feel while still being extremely convenient. Within around a one-minute walk are a pharmacy, cafés, beauty salons, takeaways, restaurants and a local bar/pub, with both Sainsbury’s and Tesco close by, as well as a local library with printing facilities. For anyone who enjoys being outdoors, Linn Park is at the end of the street, offering extensive woodland, riverside walks and excellent walking, running and cycling routes. Williamwood Golf Club is practically opposite the house, while David Lloyd and Nuffield Health are both around a five-minute drive away. Transport into Glasgow city centre is excellent. Muirend and Clarkston train stations are both within approximately a 10-minute walk, with trains into Glasgow Central taking around 15 minutes & Queen's park 9 mins. Free parking is available both outside the house and at the station. The house is also very convenient for commuting by car, with Glasgow city centre and the West End around a 15-minute drive in lighter traffic. Shawlands is a 5 min drive & Silverburn shopping centre 'the UK retail destination of the year' with over 100 shops is less than a 10 min drive, where a huge range of shops can be found from M&S to HugoBoss & Sephora to Harrods Beauty, as well as Cineworld & many restaurants. The arrangement is particularly well suited to a consultant, contractor or professional working in Glasgow during the week while maintaining their main home elsewhere. With two double fitted wardrobes and plenty of storage, you can leave clothes and belongings here between working weeks, rather than having to travel back and forth with luggage. Your top-floor suite remains exclusively yours throughout the rental, so your belongings can stay in place while you’re away at weekends and the space will not be used by anyone else.
