We are seeking a new flatmate for a spacious, light double room in our flat. The living space includes a shared kitchen, living room, and bathroom. We are a professional couple in our mid-20s, enjoying our part-time jobs, birding, board games, and some pub outings. Our household is queer-friendly and neurodivergent. We value a balance of social interaction and personal space. We prefer no students, smokers, or pets. The flat offers convenient access to public transport and is a short walk from the city center, while still maintaining a quieter environment. The new flatmate should be able to contribute to bills and council tax (Band D). Please note that the white furniture in the room is not included.
