I am moving out of my flat on Argyle Street in West End due to financial circumstances. I’ve had lovely flatmates who have provided support during my stay. The flat offers quick access to bike stations, is a short walk to Partick, and just around the corner from the Exhibition Centre. Charing Cross is about a 15-minute walk away, making it convenient for travel. A Day Today store nearby operates late for snacks. I’m seeking someone to take over my tenancy as my situation has changed and renting a room is no longer feasible. The rent and bills are paid on the 15th each month, and I pay around £30-50 monthly for gas, electricity, and WiFi. Students in the flat are exempt from Council Tax, but a new tenant would need to address this with GCC. Ideally, the new tenant would start on 15/3/26 or earlier if needed.
