I have rented this flat with a friend for a while, but he has to move back home for personal reasons, so I am looking for a new flatmate. I am a 23-year-old full-time trainee chartered accountant, spending much of my time working or studying for my professional exams. I go to the gym or run most days and enjoy house music, so I occasionally see DJs. I am looking for someone with similar interests or on a similar path as a young professional, who is clean and tidy, as I often cook and dislike a messy kitchen. I am not looking for students or people who go out on nights out frequently, as I need peace for my studies. I plan to stay here for the next 3+ years and prefer someone with similar plans. The move-in date of 1 January 2027 is not fixed, so I am happy to discuss it with interested applicants. Bills: council tax Band E; electricity, gas and heating (around £40 each monthly, as the flat is quite warm); WiFi (£13 each monthly). Part furnished: the double room has a built-in wardrobe, but you would need to bring your own desk and drawers. Two bathrooms, one of which is my en-suite; you would have the other bathroom to yourself, shown in the ad photos. Open-plan kitchen and living room. Underground parking space included. Two subway stations within a 15-minute walk, and 5 to 10 minutes' walk from central Glasgow.
