Meet Kate, a recent MFA graduate from the Glasgow School of Art. Since moving to her current flat in September 2024, she has enjoyed living there with her four friendly cats, each around twelve years old. Due to recent health issues among the cats, separating them at times has become necessary for harmony. Currently, the rent is £1150, increased only once since November 2025. Kate, who occupies the larger room and maintains a clean environment, expects the same from her flatmate. Preferably searching for a female flatmate aged 29 or older, she seeks someone who genuinely enjoys living with cats, as they are not just tolerated but an essential part of her home.
