The room is fully furnished with a double bed, desk and chair, and wardrobe with overhead cupboards. The rent is £600/month excluding bills. A deposit of £600 is required. Monthly bills are shared equally and include council tax, WiFi, and gas/electricity. The landlord is private and very responsive. The flat is located near transport links, Byres Road, and Kelvingrove park. Walking distance to Tesco/Morrisons (4/8 minutes), Kelvinhall subway (7 minutes), Partick train & subway station (9 minutes), Byres Road shops, cafes & amenities (10 minutes), and Kelvingrove Park (15 minutes). I work at a climate-tech startup, and around the flat I'm quiet, clean, and chill. I enjoy meeting friends for coffee, going on walks, and boxing in my spare time. I've been living here for a year now and really love the homely feel. Looking for a working professional who is clean, tidy, and respectful of shared spaces. It's important that my new flatmate is hygienic and helps keep the apartment in great condition. The ideal person would value a quiet and peaceful home. This isn't a party flat, though having the occasional friend over is definitely fine. No smokers, no pets, no couples. Age 24-35.
