Description
I am a female working-from-home professional with a spare double bedroom to rent in a flat share. I would ideally like someone to stay until at least March or April 2027, though longer stays are welcome if we get along. The room costs £650 per month, excluding bills, gas and council tax. Council tax (Band C) is shared between us. There is a spacious living room and kitchen with gas hobs and a gas oven. Pets are welcome if I can meet them beforehand, and I occasionally dogsit, so animals should be fine. Free parking is available at the back. A Lidl is a one-minute walk away, and bus stops for the 240, 255 and 61 are also one minute away, serving the city centre and the West End. A lovely park is right next door. I am an engineer who loves travelling, festivals, gigs and cooking with friends. I am often away, but when at home I enjoy sharing a meal or watching a film. I am very easygoing and happy to discuss any arrangements.
