A flatmate is moving out at the end of July, and I'm looking for someone to take over the tenancy of this gorgeous flat. It features a large living room-kitchen with bay windows. The bus stop outside provides direct links to the university and town. I'm currently a medical student at the University of Glasgow, enjoying a cozy pub, relaxing with guitar, PC games, and reading. I'm social but value alone time as well, and I've lived with both male and female flatmates. The flat is smoke-free, pet-free, and has a washing machine. The available room has a good atmosphere for companionship and study. I'm open to any gender under 35. The council tax band is D, with a deposit of £700 required.
