I am looking for a new flatmate as my current one is moving. The double room is available in our two-bedroom flat on the first floor. The flat is near the West End, just a short distance from key transport options, including a subway station and train station, as well as nearby shopping. The flat features a spacious shared living room, a separate kitchen, and a bathroom. While I have the master bedroom, the second room can be used for storage or as an office. Rent is £400 plus council tax and bills, totaling around £600. I am a 28-year-old freelance musician who enjoys arts and nature. I'm seeking a tidy, friendly, and communicative person to share this home with; move-in is around 7th August but can be flexible. Happy to consider students who can share council tax costs.
