Description

Our spacious ground-floor double room has its own ensuite, a walk-in wardrobe and French doors opening onto the garden. As the only bedroom on this floor, it feels wonderfully private, almost like having your own little flat.

The room comes with a king-size bed, a 34-inch TV, a fridge, a microwave and a kettle, and we will provide an air fryer. There is a desk and chair for working from home, plus eating utensils. Guests can use the washing machine in the ground-floor garage. The room is fully self-sufficient for cooking, so you can make your meals in your own space.

We are a friendly, relaxed couple living on the two floors above with our wee dog, Ruby. We like everyone to have their own space, so we would love someone happy to cook and relax in their own room rather than using our kitchen and living areas. A partner is welcome to visit or stay over now and then; if they would be staying permanently, we would just need to have a chat about the rent.

Rent is £800 per month, all bills included.
