We have one double room available in the G43 area, as our flatmate is moving to Australia. The room is in a very spacious three-bedroom tenement flat in Pollokshaws / Shawlands, an ideal location. Residential free parking is right outside, and Lidl and Morrisons are a five-minute walk away, as is Shawlands main street. Pollokshaws East and West train stations are both within five to seven minutes on foot, bus stops are outside the door, and Pollok Park is a ten-minute walk. The flat has a spacious shared living room, kitchen and bathroom. Rent is £395 per month and council tax is £63. Bills are split evenly each month, ranging from £30 to £50 in winter. Wifi costs £8 each per month. We are looking for a female flatmate around the same age. We are two friendly girls aged 27 and 29, one from Ireland and one from New Zealand, both working full time. We are very clean and tidy, so we would like someone who is the same, and chill and social, enjoying dinners, drinks, the gym and running in the evenings and at weekends. Message with any questions.
