I am subletting a furnished room in a spacious basement flat for the summer, available from July 5th until September 1st. You'll share the flat with two young professionals in their mid-20s. The atmosphere is laid-back, with opportunities for film nights and kitchen chats, but everyone respects personal time. The location offers easy access to the university, Kelvinbridge subway, and Botanic Gardens. The room includes storage space and you'll share the kitchen and bathroom with one flatmate. Rent is £650 per month, which includes all bills. Note that there’s cosmetic damage to the bathroom ceiling from a past leak, which may be repaired during the sublet.
