We are looking for a replacement flatmate as one of us is moving out at the end of the month. We are all young professionals in our mid-20s working full-time jobs. The rooms in our flat are large, allowing us to work from home. We socialize and chat in the kitchen during dinner time, but generally keep to ourselves. We are looking for someone relatively tidy. The flat is in Hyndland, West End. It is a ground floor flat with its own front door and a small front garden. The available room has a double bed, desk, storage, and a large bay window. We do not have a living room, but our kitchen is a good size and we have a table for eating. The flat is furnished and has plenty of kitchen equipment. There are two bathrooms, one with a shower. Rent is £500 per month, with bills fluctuating between £40 in summer and up to £80 in winter. Wifi is approximately £13 per month, and council tax is roughly £85. We are looking for a professional or someone who will contribute to council tax. This is a must! One flatmate organizes paying all bills each month. This is an LGBT+ friendly flat. The room is not suitable for a couple to share due to HMO agreement.
