The ideal flatmate is mature, respectful, reliable, financially responsible, clean, tidy, organised, considerate of shared spaces, independent with their own routine, stable and responsible with work, good at communicating and resolving issues maturely, and respectful of privacy and personal space. I am relatively quiet and self-reserved but enjoy deep conversations and sharing knowledge/experiences. I vape but do not smoke or drink, and I would prefer to live with someone like-minded.
