The well-equipped kitchen includes a dual oven, hob, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine and dining table, and a balcony is accessible from this level. Downstairs are three bedrooms: a king-size bed with an en-suite shower room, a double bed and two single beds. A family bathroom and a separate WC are also on this floor. Underfloor heating keeps the lodge comfortable year-round.
Private parking is included. The estate pool, golf and restaurant are a short stroll away; estate facilities are run by Caldecott Hall and charged separately. Check-in is from 4pm and check-out by 10am. No pets, smoking, vaping or parties are permitted. Hot tub seats up to 4, requires a shower beforehand, must be supervised for children, and the cover must be replaced and locked after use. Guests should bring their own towels or robes for the hot tub.
