This is a spacious clean house with a friendly professional homeowner, available for Monday to Friday lodging. Half of the weekend nights are also available, subject to discussion.
The space offers full use of the house, including driveway parking. The large bedroom is equipped with a very comfortable double bed, underbed storage, and an en-suite toilet and shower.
A large garden with outdoor seating and a gas BBQ is also available for use.
The house features a spacious living area, a well-equipped kitchen with new appliances (washing machine, dryer, dishwasher), an Amazon Fire enabled TV, and a Bluetooth speaker.
For those needing to work from home, there are multiple options: a desk in the bedroom, a desk in the front room, or the kitchen table. Tenants will have their own cupboard shelves in the kitchen and shelves in the fridge and freezer.
Complimentary items include dishwasher and washing machine tabs, sauces, spices, herbs, tea, coffee, filtered water, toilet tissue, and all bills.
Availability is from Monday to Friday throughout 2025, excluding Bank and Public Holidays. Please get in touch for specific dates.
For Monday-Friday arrangements, arrival is anytime after 8 am on Mondays, and departure is anytime before 4:30 pm on Fridays. Please ensure all belongings are tidied away in the provided storage on Fridays.
